Art Reference Library

This fantastic library is housed in the Arts Underground studio and features a compilation of books from the Yukon Arts Centre Gallery, Yukon Government Arts and Culture Branch, and the Yukon Art Society. 

The Yukon Arts Centre Gallery Library contains catalogues and reference books on local, national and international contemporary art, art history and technique. The YAC library catalogue can be accessed online at LibraryThing. Instructions on how to use the library catalogue are available on the Yukon Arts Centre Gallery blog, or in PDF format. 

The Yukon Art Society also maintains subscriptions to several art-related periodicals and retains issues for two years.

Artists and visitors are welcome to browse the library and access its resources during regular hours. Materials can be signed out from the library at the Reception Desk.
