Introduction to Pottery - Beginner Level I

Course Description
This Introduction to Pottery is a seven-week course demonstrating the steps and skills required for wheel throwing, start to finish. 
This course includes learning to wedge and center clay, throwing basic shapes and vessels, and basic dip glazing. During these seven weeks, participants learn the terminology and beginning techniques to get them started to practice on their own. Our studio is limited to eight people per course to maximize the time spent with the instructor and to foster a greater sense of community.

 - $275+GST
 - Maximum of 8 participants
 - Ages 14 and over are welcome
 - No previous clay experience needed

 - Demonstration and play time - creating and attaching handles

Week 5
