What a great way to bring in the holidays! Enjoy a festive activity while you learn how to carve a lino block or stamp to create your own handmade, one-of-a-kind printed holiday cards. Participants will learn which inks to use and how to work with them on a variety of papers and materials. We'll explore some of the many ways this very old art form can be used to hand stamp textiles, decorations, make frameable art prints and holiday cards.
Students will leave with their carved blocks and many printed creations, and with newly acquired skills to carry on their printmaking at home!
