The Yukon Art Society (YAS) is seeking exceptional leaders for the YAS Board of Directors. Are you passionate about Yukon Visual Arts, non-profit governance and/or finances? The Yukon Art Society is eager to advance our mandate to support Yukon Visual Artists at all levels and we understand that the strength of an organization comes from a passionate team of Directors, working closely with our three co-Executive Directors (Amy Kenny, Kelly Wroot, and Teagan Beemer) to work with the needs of the Yukon Visual Arts community. The Yukon Art Society is a historical staple of the evolution of Visual Arts in the Yukon, fostering real connections, supporting local artists, and developing creative skills for over 50 years.
Join our community of volunteer board members each month, learn new skills, work collectively, and help us in our mission to build the arts community in the Yukon by inspiring the enjoyment of art and supporting those who make art to grow and access opportunities.
